We have incorporated custom equipment to delicately handle single vineyard small tonnages of superior grapes from vine to glass. Our handling capabilities allow us to better manage picking, transport, de-stemming-crushing, and temperature control during fermentation and aging culminating in wines of character and balance.

This special reserve Bordorosso 27 is a product of select grapes aged 27 months in the finest oak barrels

 

Tempranillo - [tempra-neeo] literally “the early one”.  Thriving even with a short growing season Tempranillo is vibrant; offering spicy red fruit flavors and aromas.  It generates complexity with oak aging .  It may be medium bodied with more acid and tannin.  It may produce every day wine or complex and concentrated “Reserva” and “Gran Reserva”.

Merlot - [Mer-Low] It is believed that Merlot originated in the Bordeaux region of southwestern France.  Merlot has an aromatic bouquet and tastes of berries and plums.  It has a medium red color, medium bodied and is soft and round.  It ripens early.  Merlot is generally enjoyed young.  It is a versatile wine and pairs well with couscous, spicy Chinese food, Tuna, poultry, red meat, pork, pastas and salads.
