As a Solaro Group member, I instruct Solaro Group wines, club and associates to:
Communicate with me through e-mail, text messaging, telephone, and regular mail;
Automatically charge my credit card in advance without notification to me for a membership join fee in the amount of $30.00, wine, tax, shipping, handling and return and re-shipping if applicable and processing fees;
Automatically ship, at my cost, my ordered wines if I selected “pick-up at Solaro” and do not pick up by my pick-up deadline;
Automatically renew this agreement after three (3) order allocations are completed;
Be my shipping agent; Allow me to cancel only after I have received my three (3) order allocations commitment by written communication by “read receipt” to swc@solaroestate.com or 13111 Silver Creek Road, Dripping Springs, Texas 78620, if notice is received 30 days before my next shipment;
Complete my orders with Solaro’s choice of Solaro Group wines, USA, Texas,and/or International collections including but not limited to Italy and Germany;
And, I agree that:
Wines are a product for human consumption, perishable and subject to risk of alteration and not permitted for re-sale and I will not receive refund, credit or substitution after any wines ordered have been processed by Solaro Group.
I am 21 years of age or older and the person who will sign for deliveries is at least 21 years of age and the shipping address provided by me is legal to receive wine shipped from the State of Texas and I indemnify Solaro Estate Winery for related penalties.
- Quantities of wines are limited and orders are dependent on availability and Solaro Group may cancel or alter my order and/or membership at Solaro Group’s discretion at any time without notice. Benefits are redeemable for tasting/services only and have no cash value.
